a sphincter says what?
This was brought to my attention yesterday afternoon. From that point on, my world has officially been rocked.
It's imperative to watch Part 2 to get the full effect, but make sure you have some time. Each vid is about 20 minutes.
Okay, I'll be honest, these videos make me extremely uncomfortable, but they do not fail to fascinate me. I just had to bring this to the attention of others.

I am uber lame and hope to get back in the habit, not unlike:

1. Obama is President
2. Chris and I moved in with my parents to save money for a future home.
3. I began working for newly elected Congressman Fleming of the mighty 4th District
4. I don't eat a lot of red meat
5. I'm determined to not eat fast food, but I'm sure that will go out the window when Chris returns from tour
6. I'm not as gassy as I used to be
but, most importantly:
I WILL be attending the NKOTB concert tomorrow evening in my Magic Summer 1990 tour tee.
